We welcome students and others who do not play an instrument to participate as volunteers in the organization of our many events.
Rehearsals and Membership
The Caledon Concert Band Association welcomes new members to join us at any rehearsal, year round. We practice at The Caledon East Community Complex every Wednesday night from 7:30 to 9:30 pm with a short break mid-rehearsal to recharge and socialize. Please arrive a few minutes beforehand and our band members will make you feel welcome and help you fit right in. Adult and youth members of all levels of experience are invited to attend our practice. Novice players are mentored by more seasoned muscians and together we create an experience that is exciting and rewarding for all. As a truly inter-generational ensemble with an eclectic repertoire, the Caledon Band performs music that is fun, challenging, intriguing, powerful and moving.
Our diverse and dedicated membership comes from Caledon, Palgrave, Bolton, Orangeville, Aurora, Brampton, Toronto, Scarborough, Guelph, Fergus, Kitchener and even London! Come out to a rehearsal and find out for yourself what makes it worth the drive.
